Welcome to MICTALKOFFROAD. By accessing our website and purchasing our stickers or apparel, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

 

1. GENERAL PROVISIONSBy purchasing from MICTALKOFFROAD, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

 

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND SIZINGApparel: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our apparel as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please refer to our sizing charts before ordering.Stickers: Decals and stickers are sold as-is. MICTALKOFFROAD is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, peeling due to weather exposure, or damage to surfaces where stickers are applied.Variations: Small variations in print placement or ink color are normal in custom apparel and sticker production.

 

3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTSOrder Acceptance: MICTALKOFFROAD reserves the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.Payment: All payments are due at the time of purchase. We accept standard secure payment methods as listed at checkout.

 

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERYProcessing Time: Since some apparel items are printed to order, please allow for standard processing times as noted on the product page before shipment.Shipping Method: Stickers may be shipped via standard mail without tracking unless a tracked shipping method is selected at checkout.Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you once we deliver the package to the postal carrier.

 

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGESApparel: Returns or exchanges for apparel are accepted within [14] days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. * Stickers: All sticker sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong design was sent.Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items unless the return is due to an error by MICTALKOFFROAD.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll designs, logos, and artwork featured on our stickers and apparel are the exclusive property of MICTALKOFFROAD. Purchase of a product does not grant the buyer any license to reproduce or resell the designs for commercial purposes.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILIT YMICTALKOFFROAD shall not be liable for any skin reactions to apparel materials or any damage to vehicles, laptops, or other surfaces resulting from the application or removal of our stickers or apparel.

 

8. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MICTALKOFFROAD operates.
